Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking friendly and dependable Security Officers to join our team on weekends at DB Cargo sites. This role focuses on safety, customer support, and maintaining a professional presence on site.

We welcome candidates with or without prior security experience. If you hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence, you’ll fit well, and we provide training, uniform, and career development opportunities. Good teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older in line with SIA licensing.
• Holder of an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Previous security experience is helpful but not essential.
• Reliable, flexible and customer-focused attitude.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Comfortable in customer-facing situations, or excited to develop those skills with guidance and encouragement.
• At least 18 years old, in line with Security Industry Authority licensing requirements.
• Reliable, flexible and confident in a busy environment.
• A holder of an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Previous security experience is helpful, but it’s not essential. If you’ve recently gained your SIA licence, we’d still be very happy to hear from you. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn. We’ll make sure you have the training, support and encouragement you need to feel confident in the role and grow with us.

In this role, you’ll help with:

• Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support when needed.
