Abbeyfield is seeking relief Cook & Housekeeper Bank staff for our Lincoln sheltering housing team. Based at Woburn Avenue, you will cook, clean, and support residents in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Two satisfactory employment references.
• Basic DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.
• Resident Support: Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs.
• Housekeeping: Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all.
• Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the overall wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel respected, empowered, and connected within our community.
