Abbeyfield is seeking Relief Staff to support our Sheltered Housing team in Bourton-on-the-Water. The role combines cooking and resident support to promote wellbeing for older people in a caring, safe environment.

You will prepare home‑cooked meals, assist residents with daily needs, and help keep communal areas clean. This flexible bank (zero hours) position includes training and a DBS check as part of joining Abbeyfield.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete training and induction.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain a DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Meal Preparation & Cooking: prepare and serve home-cooked meals, manage stock and rotation.
• Resident Support: be the first point of contact for residents and assist with daily needs.
• Housekeeping: keep communal areas clean and well-maintained.
• Wellbeing Promotion: support residents' wellbeing and maintain a respectful, connected community.
