Job summary

Break Charity is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our disability services in Long Stratton. The role is full-time on-site with a rolling 4-week rota and mandatory sleep-ins. The salary ranges from £29,071 to £29,482 per year, with £64.95 per sleep-in night.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare to be completed within 24 months.
• Full, valid manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on day in day out with the young people living in the children’s home.
• Plan and take part in trips and activities to support communication and development.
• Provide care, support and stability for young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
