Thomas Franks is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our South M25 region and surrounding areas. You will lead kitchen teams, create seasonal menus, and ensure food quality and brand standards across multiple sites.

The role requires experience in fast-paced contract catering, strong leadership, and a passion for fresh ingredients. DBS and background checks apply; full-time hours with mobility across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens within contract catering.
• Previous roles at Head Chef or Chef Manager level.
• Experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.

Responsibilities

• Cover Head Chef | Chef Manager holidays and sickness.
• Support with mobilisations at locations.
• Assist with troubleshooting at locations needing extra support.
• Fill vacancies as needed.
• Produce service-ready dishes from scratch following brand standards.
