Gather & Gather in the North is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support a variety of sites across Yorkshire and Manchester, with occasional travel to the North East and Midlands. You’ll cover Chef Manager and Head Chef absences and help site teams deliver high-quality food.

Working 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri 7am–3pm) with some weekend shifts, you’ll develop menus, ensure brand standards, and drive food safety and performance.

• Provide relief chef cover across Northern sites, including Chef Manager and Head Chef absences.
• Support and develop site teams, coaching colleagues and sharing best practices.
• Help sites enhance food offers in line with brand standards.
• Invent and create menus that meet client needs.
• Ensure food is presented to a high standard and is "picture perfect".
• Communicate menu requirements and order ingredients.
• Support operations during mobilisations, staff shortages and busy periods.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance across sites.

Salary: 35,000 per annum + amazing benefitsWorking pattern: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm however some ad hoc support over weekends may be requiredLocation: across the North, primarily covering Yorkshire and Manchester, with occasional travel to the North East and Midlands as required - Must have full clean driving license along with their own car. Mileage covered.,

• Invent and create menus that meet client and customer needs.
• Produce food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure all food is presented to a high standard and is "picture perfect" every time.
• Assist in developing and introducing new food concepts and service styles.
• Communicate menu requirements and order ingredients as required.
• Support operational teams during mobilisations, staff shortages, and busy periods.
