Gather & Gather is recruiting a Chef Manager for the Arla Westbury Core site. You will lead kitchen teams, oversee day-to-day catering operations, and ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.

In this role you will manage stock, budgets and safety compliance while delivering consistent, memorable dining experiences for clients and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Job description

• Overseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
