Location:

Watford (Field-based role with required travel between Northampton and Watford)

Rate of Pay:

£34,000 - £36,000 per annum, mileage can be expensed

Working Pattern

Primarily Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, 40 hours per week, with weekend flexibility required

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
2. Overseeing and implementing menu changes
3. Identifying opportunities to improve food services
4. Acting on customer feedback to enhance food services
5. Supporting the creation of new menus and food concepts
6. Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
7. Monitoring inventories to ensure well-stocked kitchens
8. Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards
9. Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
