Location:

Stevenage

Rate of Pay:

£34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

Primarily Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm, 40 hours per week, with weekend flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing high-quality, delicious food that satisfies our clients and customers.
2. Overseeing menu changes and implementation.
3. Identifying opportunities to enhance our food services.
4. Actively listening to customer feedback and acting on it to improve services.
5. Supporting the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts.
6. Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image.
7. Monitoring inventory levels to ensure well-stocked kitchens.
8. Overseeing kitchen cleaning to uphold hygiene standards.
9. Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.
