Location:

Stevenage

Rate of Pay:

£34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

Predominantly Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm (40 hours per week), with some weekend flexibility required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
2. Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
3. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services.
4. Listening to and acting on customer feedback to enhance our offerings.
5. Supporting the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts.
6. Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image.
7. Monitoring inventories to ensure kitchens are well-stocked.
8. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
9. Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.
