Job summary

Jubilee is recruiting a fine dining support chef to assist with events and banqueting at a hotel near Lichfield. You will be involved in events, conferences, and banqueting, with the option of temporary or permanent contracts and a flexible rota.

Ideal candidates are reliable, with excellent time-keeping, strong health and safety knowledge, and a Level 2 food hygiene and allergen certificate. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Food safety level 2 and allergen certificate are required.
• Experience in a similar environment and confident up to a 2 rosette level.
• Excellent health and safety and food hygiene knowledge.
• Reliable with good communication and time-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team for events, conferences and banqueting.
• Walk into busy kitchens and assist with service and prep.
• Benefits from flexible hours and duties across the kitchen.
• Temporary or permanent contracts with options leading to permanent roles.
