Job summary

Jubilee Hospitality is recruiting a fine dining support chef for a well-known hotel near Lichfield to assist with events, conferences and banqueting.

Earn up to £20 per hour with flexible hours, temp-to-perm options, holiday pay and weekly Friday pay. Reliable, safety-conscious candidates with rosette experience preferred.

Ideal candidates will have food safety level 2, allergen certificate, good timekeeping, and access to transport.

Qualifications

• Reliable with excellent time keeping and good communication skills.
• Experience in a similar environment and confident up to a 2 rosette level.
• Excellent health and safety and food hygiene knowledge.
• Food safety level 2 and allergen certificate required.
• Access to your own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support events, conference and banqueting teams in a well-known hotel near Lichfield.
• Walk into any kitchen and assist with daily service and special events.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene during shifts.
• Flexible hours and rota options, with temp-to-perm opportunities.
