Job summary

HR-CL Limited is seeking passionate chefs for flexible, well-paid roles across UK venues. You will work in fresh food environments, supporting teams on prep days and live event days, with the option of temporary or permanent contracts and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have solid time management, strong communication, and good health and safety knowledge, including Level 2 food hygiene and allergens awareness. Enjoy an excellent work/life balance with day shifts and rota flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in fresh food environments.
• Fast paced conference and banqueting kitchen environment experience.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Food safety level 2 and allergen certificate required.

We are looking for talented and passionate chefs who can walk into any kitchen and support the team on prep days as well as live days.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Reliable with excellent time keeping and good communication skills.
• Will have experience in a similar environment and be used to fast paced conference and banqueting kitchens.
• Have excellent health and safety and food hygiene knowledge.
• Food safety level 2 and allergen certificate required.
