Job summary

Jubilee Hospitality is actively seeking a fine dining support chef to join our team near Lichfield and assist with events and banqueting in a renowned hotel. You will support the kitchen during conferences, maintain high standards, and contribute to flawless service.

We offer day shifts, flexible rosters, and opportunities for temporary or permanent roles. Pay up to £20 per hour with weekly pay and holiday pay, and access to your own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Food safety level 2 and allergen certificate required.
• Experience in a similar environment and confident up to a 2 rosette level.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential.
• Access to your own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a fine dining support chef to come on board and assist with events and conference and banqueting in this well-known hotel near Lichfield.

In this role you can expect:

We are looking for talented and committed individuals who are capable of walking into any kitchen and supporting the team.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Reliable with excellent time keeping and good communication skills.
• Will have experience in a similar environment and be confident up to a 2 rosette level.
• Have excellent health and safety and food hygiene knowledge.
• Food safety level 2 and allergen certificate required.
• Access to your own transport is preferred.
