Job summary

Perfect Recruitment is seeking experienced Relief Chefs to join our team across Lancashire. Whether you're a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef, you’ll fill in to keep kitchens running smoothly during peak periods and staff shortages across multiple venues in Lancashire.

We offer £16.00–£20.00 per hour (PAYE / Umbrella / Self-Employed) with weekly pay and flexible assignments built around your availability, plus holiday pay and a referral bonus of up to £150.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above.
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene & Food Safety certificate.
• Background in fast-paced kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Relieve chefs across multiple venues to keep kitchens running smoothly during peak periods.
• Work on various hospitality sites across Lancashire.

What We Need From You

• At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week

• Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred (some venues are rural)
• Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene & Food Safety certificate
• Background in fast-paced kitchen environments
• A dependable team player who's equally comfortable working solo
• A positive, adaptable attitude when joining new kitchen teams
