Job summary

Chef Results Limited is seeking Relief Chefs for care homes around the Chippenham area of Wiltshire. Multiple contracts are available with day-time hours and ongoing work for experienced chefs who can work across sections with fresh produce.

Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS check (within the last year) and experience in care home kitchens is preferred. Having your own transport is advantageous, and eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or higher with strong cooking skills
• Familiar with working in kitchens using fresh produce
• Ability to jump between sections as required in a busy kitchen

Job description

Care Homes around the Chippenham area of Wiltshire are seeking Relief Chefs.

We have a number of care home contracts in this region which require Relief Chefs who have an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is plenty of all year round work available with these.

Day time hours

Requirements:

Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in kitchens with fresh produce. Chefs with Enhanced DBS checksthat have been done in the last year and preferably have experience of working in care homes.

It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous.

In line with the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
