Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working with different people and routines.
• Clear communication, able to work well with colleagues and take a responsible approach to providing safe care.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
• PVG and SSSC registration requirements are needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with everyday activities.
• Assist with meals, mobility, routines and individual wellbeing.
• Encourage independence and respect people's choices and preferences.
• Follow individual care plans and adapt your support to people's needs.
• Build positive relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
