Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Relief Care Assistant for our Bromsgrove location. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a single modern site, with no travel between clients. The role includes a mix of early and late shifts, with alternate weekends, and on-site training and support.

The team values a warm, friendly approach and a willingness to learn. You must be 18+; driving is preferred but not essential, and prior care experience or Health & Social Care Level 2 is
