Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to perform proactive and reactive maintenance across our distribution sites. You will work on a range of equipment, diagnose faults, and implement solutions to minimise downtime.

Based on-site, you will support apprentices, participate in continuous improvement projects, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Night shifts and flexible hours may be required to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Completed a 4-year UK certified apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• Relevant experience as a qualified engineer.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment.
• Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold health and safety policies and practices.
• Support on-site apprentices' development and progression.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across EU sites.
