Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to maintain a wide range of site equipment and workspaces, ensuring health and safety standards are met and downtime is minimised.

The role covers proactive and reactive maintenance across a live distribution warehouse, using the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness and supporting on-site apprentices, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and roll out best practices.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completed an engineering apprenticeship or NVQ3 in a relevant engineering subject.
Qualified engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills with fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
Experience with robotic operation and maintenance is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate safety policies clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment.
Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
Use advanced tools to maximise equipment effectiveness and uptime.
Uphold health and safety policies and practices at all times.
