Job summary

Warburtons in Enfield is looking for a day-based Reliability Engineer to join our growing team. You'll work with senior engineering management on projects to improve reliability and identify issues through root cause analysis and condition monitoring.

You will be responsible for planned and preventative maintenance to prevent failures, supporting a 24/7 FMCG bakery environment and contributing to safety, quality and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability engineering within manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard.
• Resolve breakdowns quickly to maximise plant reliability and product quality.
• Drive improvements in asset reliability and reduce losses.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper documentation.
