Warburtons is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer for day-based shifts at Bolton Bakery. The role focuses on planned maintenance, RCA, and CBM to drive continuous improvement and energy efficiency across high-volume lines.

You will be part of a team delivering operational excellence with a strong safety culture and opportunities for development through the Warburtons Engineering Academy.

Qualifications

• Technically strong multi-skilled engineer, electrically biased with mechanical skills.
• Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Experience with condition-based monitoring is a bonus.
• Top-tier problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Safety-first mindset with good knowledge of HS systems and legislation.
• Desire to develop, contribute, and take ownership in a team striving for operational excellence.
