Warburtons in Bolton is seeking a Day Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to keep our fast-moving bakery lines running and continuously improving reliability.

You’ll join a skilled team focusing on PPM, RCA, CBM and energy-efficiency projects, with a strong safety mindset and opportunities through the Warburtons Engineering Academy.

Qualifications

• Technically strong multi-skilled engineers with electrical bias and mechanical skills.
• Apprenticeship, BTEC, HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with condition-based monitoring (thermal imaging, ultrasound, vibration) is a bonus.
• Safety-first mindset and knowledge of H&S regulations.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM)

From diagnosing faults before they cause downtime to delivering long-term fixes and system upgrades, this is a hands-on, proactive role that plays a critical part in the success of our 24/7, high-speed, automated food manufacturing site.
