Zusammenfassung

Weetabix is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment, collaborating with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing colleagues. You will use data to identify opportunities, enhance maintenance plans and prevent issues before they occur, helping us operate safely, efficiently and reliably.

This role involves standardising maintenance programmes, acting as CMMS expert, analysing KPIs, supporting new equipment commissioning, and driving

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of equipment performance, failure analysis and asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of maintenance approaches such as Root Cause Analysis, Condition-Based Monitoring, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Reliability-Centred Maintenance and Criticality Assessments.
• Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management System.
• Experience supporting the introduction and commissioning of new equipment, ideally using Early Equipment Management or a similar approach.
• Ability to understand operational and customer needs and turn these into practical reliability improvements.

Aufgaben

• Act as a point of expertise for our CMMS, ensuring accurate data, effective system use and clear maintenance performance reporting.
• Use maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities to improve asset reliability and maintenance performance.
• Support the introduction of new factory technology, including CBM.
• Provide reliability expertise for engineering projects, helping ensure equipment is designed, introduced and maintained with safety, reliability and long-term performance in mind.
• Facilitate Criticality Assessments and Risk-Based Maintenance, using approaches such as FMEA and RCM.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Drive improvement opportunities that increase equipment performance and efficiency while reducing maintenance costs.
• Ensure maintenance and reliability activities meet relevant engineering standards and statutory requirements.
