Job summary
Mars Petcare in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Reliability Technician to reduce downtime and drive site-wide improvements. You will work with ABB/Kuka robotics, PLCs, and predictive maintenance tools on a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications
- Proven electrical and control systems expertise in FMCG.
- Experience with risk assessment, change control, and continuous improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis and fault-finding experience.
- Knowledge of Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric systems.
- Proficient in Excel and maintenance software.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects to reduce asset criticality and improve reliability.
- Drive technical training and coaching across engineering teams.
- Lead RCA and fault-finding activities to improve plant performance.
- Act as Electrical & Controls reliability ambassador for project handovers and safety.
- Support planning and prioritisation across engineering teams.
- Ensure electrical compliance and HV network safety.
