Job summary

NHBC is hiring an Environments and Release Manager to own multi-environment estate management across Salesforce, Oracle and other platforms. You will lead end-to-end release processes, drive automation, enable secure deployments and collaborate with DevOps and delivery teams to ensure stable live operation.

You’ll shape environment and release practices as the function grows and may take on line management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive release and environment management across complex estates.
• Hands-on Salesforce releases, metadata and sandboxes experience.
• Strong CI/CD and deployment automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own development, test, staging and production environments across platforms.
• Lead end-to-end release management with safe, controlled delivery.
• Improve release standards, processes and ways of working.
• Manage release calendar, dependencies and risks to protect stability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for faster, reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on provisioning and automation.
• Chair readiness reviews and ensure change, release and incident processes are followed.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and guide delivery teams.
• Grow the team with coaching, mentoring and performance development.
