Client Server Limited is seeking a Release Engineering Lead (Azure DevOps SaaS) to own how software is packaged, released and presented to customers in a growing SaaS environment. The role blends hands‑on release management with shaping release practices across multiple teams.

You will manage day‑to‑day releases for a product stack, coordinate risks and release readiness, improve CI/CD pipelines, governance, security and compliance, and drive automation to reduce toil.

Qualifications

• Strong Release Management experience in a SaaS product environment.
• Hands-on DevOps experience within an Azure cloud environment.
• Experience improving CI/CD processes in complex environments.
• Strong communication, risk-based decision making and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own how software is packaged, released and presented to customers.
• Manage day-to-day releases and coordinate risks, dependencies and readiness.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, governance, security and compliance.
• Define release readiness criteria and metrics; drive release health practices.
• Coach and influence engineering teams towards improved release maturity.
