Client Server Limited in Reigate, England is seeking a Software Release Manager (CI/CD Automation SaaS) to own how software is packaged, released and presented to customers in a growing SaaS environment. You will balance delivery speed, quality, security and business risk while coordinating multiple teams and releases.

This hybrid role offers a salary up to £130k, a substantial bonus, and benefits; you'll work in a flexible WFH policy with required office days in Reigate for team meetups.

Qualifications

• Strong Release Management experience in a SaaS product environment and frequent releases.
• Experience improving CI/CD processes in complex environments.
• Combines technical knowledge with communication, risk-based decision making and stakeholder influence.
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, GitHub, IaC, trunk-based development and GitOps.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day releases for the assigned product stack.
• Coordinate risks, dependencies and release readiness across multiple teams.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and release automation.
• Embed governance, security and compliance into the delivery process.
• Define and improve release readiness criteria, metrics and health practices.
