Zusammenfassung

WTW is seeking a SaaS / DevOps Release Manager to lead modern release practices, governance, and automation across multiple product teams. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, platform integration, and progressive delivery while coaching teams on best practices.

You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and security to ensure high quality, compliant releases and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in release management for a SaaS organisation releasing features frequently.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with modern release tooling and automation.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Establish and govern modern release practices with gates and automation.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration across teams.
• Embed release processes into delivery workflows and tools.
• Introduce progressive delivery techniques and automated testing.
