Agenda Life Sciences is seeking a Junior Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and support account growth across Life Sciences and LAS sectors. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and tailor staffing, equipment and training solutions.

You’ll engage with clients via phone, email, and events, identify opportunities for repeat business, and contribute to proposals and quotations.

• Act as day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and grow existing accounts.
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, site visits and events.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations; support tenders and smaller commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Recruitment, Training and Technical teams for service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM with contacts, communications and opportunities.
• Follow up marketing campaigns and referrals to share new business opportunities.
