HSBC UK Leveraged Finance ("LF") is seeking an experienced individual to join as a Relationship Director.
HSBC UK Leveraged Finance is a national business with approximately 100 colleagues across 16 offices, covering over 350 clients and a diverse range of Private Equity ("PE") relationships. The business is a market leader with four key areas of expertise: Origination, Execution, Financial Sponsor Coverage, and Client Coverage. The customer base varies in size from approximately £100m to over £2bn in turnover. The team is sector-agnostic, primarily working with PE-owned companies. Lending to support PE firms with Leveraged Buyouts involves complex financial modeling, structuring, and downside sensitivities.
