Senior Relationship Lead / Senior Client Partner – Career Transition & Mobility

This role involves converting new business opportunities and expanding key client relationships within our organization.

Reporting Relationships:
  • Enterprise Sales Director UK
Location:
  • Remote, with occasional visits to the London office
Languages:
  • Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new clients for LHH CT&M through strategic prospecting and collaboration with marketing and SDR teams.
  2. Partner with an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships within an existing client portfolio.
  3. Maintain 100% retention of current contracts, negotiating and securing new contracts before expiry, with internal approval for commercial terms.
  4. Utilize Salesforce proficiently to log activities and forecast accurately.
  5. Collaborate across global teams to ensure service consistency and identify improvement areas.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience selling customized talent solutions, including HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, and workforce transformation.
  • Proficiency in various sales techniques such as face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations.
  • Experience selling across multiple business lines within large financial organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership in sales, influencing virtual global teams, and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business over a large territory.
