Job summary

TD is looking for a customer service representative to serve as the hospitable first point of contact for clients at the banking center. You will handle everyday banking transactions, open/maintain basic consumer accounts, and guide customers through products and digital options with accuracy and empathy.

Roles require a high school diploma, 1+ years in client-facing roles, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to problem-solve and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow in-person and by phone as the first point of contact.
• Deliver everyday banking services and consumer account support.
• Educate clients on products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Escalate non-standard issues as needed and refer to specialists when appropriate.
