Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused teller to provide accurate, efficient transactions and maintain records. You will guide clients, promote digital banking, and assist with outbound outreach to identify needs. This role emphasizes IRM-enabled service and adherence to bank policies.

Regular full-time position requiring weekend/extended hours and travel as needed, with opportunities to grow in sales and relationship-building within the branch network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous, transactional service and needs discovery.
• Educate clients on digital banking, ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and product knowledge meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling volume as branch demands.
