Responsibilities

• Assist team in achieving sales, service, and operations goals for the Region Banking Centers.
• Process all customer-related financial transactions in accordance with bank rules and guidelines.
• Learn customer needs through needs-based conversations and build relationships across business segments.
• Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies; meet branch audits.
• Adapt to scheduling needs and support multiple banking centers within a Region.
• Build strong relationships with branch teams and cross-functional partners.
