Job summary

United Infrastructure seeks an experienced Reinstatement Manager to oversee and drive the quality of reinstatement works across capital delivery projects. The role ensures all activities meet standards, regulations, and safety targets while coordinating with delivery teams, authorities, and inspectors.

You will conduct live audits, lead safety reviews, and manage defect resolution while reporting trends and risks.

Qualifications

NRSWA and SROH knowledge and compliance
Audits of reinstatement quality and safety
Experience interpreting Street Manager data and defects workflows
Strong stakeholder engagement with authorities and inspectors

Responsibilities

Conduct live quality audits of reinstatement works across active sites
Carry out site safety audits to ensure adherence to HSEQ standards
Complete post-reinstatement inspections to assess quality and identify defects
Monitor and review Street Manager reports, identifying and escalating new defects
Ensure full compliance with quality standards, including NRSWA and SROH requirements
Undertake joint site walks with Highway Inspectors, addressing any concerns promptly
Manage and track outstanding defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure
Provide detailed reporting on reinstatement performance, risks, and trends
Work collaboratively with project teams to drive continuous improvement in reinstatement practices
Support pre-construction planning by identifying risks and advising on best practice
