Job summary

Nuffield Health in Wokingham is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to lead and facilitate remote and in-person rehabilitation activities. The role includes 12-week programmes, live and virtual classes, and coaching to help participants manage their condition and goals.

You will run 1-to-1 sessions weekly, promote self-directed activity, and adapt exercises based on progress. Prior experience with rehabilitation and a Level3 PT qualification are essential or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run a series of rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Facilitate and deliver both live-stream and in-person group exercise classes.
• Promote self-directed activity using pre-recorded on-demand classes and a journal.
• Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on improvements.
• Identify deterioration and follow escalation processes with timely reporting.
• Engage in weekly 1-to-1 calls to coach on goals and wellbeing.
