Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist for Reading to deliver rehabilitation programmes, both online and in person. The role involves running 12-week plans, guiding participants through live and on-demand classes, and promoting self-managed activity.

You will use outcome data to track progress, recalibrate exercises as needed, and provide weekly coaching calls to support short and long-term goals and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Experience in rehabilitation is desirable.
• Ideally a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation.
• Excellent IT skills and good English/number skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Facilitate live stream and in-person group exercise classes.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a participant journal.
• Re-calibrate exercises and intensities based on progress.
• Identify deterioration and follow escalation processes with timely reporting.
• Engage in weekly 1-to-1 phone conversations to set goals and provide wellbeing support.
