Job summary

Join Nuffield Health in Wokingham as a Rehabilitation Specialist. You will deliver rehabilitation programmes via the unique pathway, leading weekly 1-to-1s, group classes (virtual and in person), and coaching for emotional wellbeing.

The role combines remote and on-site facilitation to help participants recover and self-manage their condition over a 12-week cycle. We require a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal trainer qualification essential.
• Experience in rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong IT skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Facilitate live stream and in-person group exercise classes for participants of varying abilities.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a recovery journal.
• Calibrate exercises based on progress and intensity.
• Monitor participants, escalate when needed, and record progress data.
