Qualifications

• Significant experience in regulatory policy, economic regulation or public policy.
• Proven track record engaging with regulators, government bodies and senior external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing policy positions and consultation responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of regulatory incentives strategy and influence policy discussions with regulators and stakeholders.
• Assess emerging regulatory proposals and translate complex policy developments into business insights and recommendations.
• Maintain oversight of performance outcomes and financial incentive forecasts for decision making.
• Support the production of the Annual Performance Report and ensure robust external reporting.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, government departments, industry bodies and other external stakeholders.
• Represent the business in consultations, industry forums, and regulatory discussions to shape economic regulation.
