You will oversee performance outcomes, forecast financial incentives, and contribute to external reporting. A strong regulatory background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in regulatory policy or economic regulation within a regulated or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record engaging with regulators, government bodies and senior external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory issues into practical business actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with experience in policy positions and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of regulatory incentives strategy and influence policy discussions with the regulator and stakeholders.
• Assess emerging regulatory proposals and translate policy developments into clear business insights.
• Oversee performance outcomes and financial incentive forecasts to guide investment focus.
• Support production of the Annual Performance Report and external performance reporting.
• Build relationships with regulators, government departments, industry bodies and external stakeholders.
• Represent the business in consultations, industry forums and regulatory discussions.
