Job summary

Citigroup in Belfast seeks an Analyst to monitor controls and oversee UK/Europe regulatory reporting. You will review transaction reporting validation, investigate exceptions and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance and Internal Audit to sustain governance and risk management.

You will analyse data, track KPIs, support remediation of failed controls and ensure timely escalation. The role offers exposure to MiFIR/MiFID II and continued development.

Qualifications

• Experience in compiling large volumes of data and analysing results.
• Experience with exception-based controls and processing.
• Experience in regulatory reporting/risk and control (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and test firm's submission data and exceptions to improve controls for regulatory reporting.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Design and enhance metrics/KPIs and report to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology and Compliance to maintain strong governance and remediation of issues.
