Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking an Entry Level Transaction Reporting Team Analyst to monitor and support regulatory reporting controls. You will work with Ops, Tech and Compliance to ensure accurate data submission and timely remediation of issues in a hybrid Belfast setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong data analysis skills, attention to detail and a basic understanding of regulatory reporting. This role offers development in MiFIR/MiFID II topics with access to Citi’s learning resources.

Qualifications

• Experience of compiling large volumes of data and analysing results.
• Experience of exception-based controls and processing.
• Experience of Regulatory reporting/Risk and Control (preferable).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help drive monitoring and testing of submission data and exceptions to develop appropriate controls to drive completeness, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reporting obligations within Reg Ops.
• Review, Design and Enhance key metrics and KPIs relevant to regulations and assist with reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor regulatory processes within the Belfast Reporting team and support remediation of failed controls; analyze key controls and perform UAT for enhancements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology and Compliance to maintain a proactive governance and control management approach; ensure issue documentation and signoffs are maintained.
