Regulatory Reporting Accountant | 12 Month Contract | Investment Bank | London

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Capital, Liquidity, FINREP and COREP returns (Own Funds, Leverage, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance)
• Liaise with key stakeholders to support regulatory submissions and respond to PRA queries
• Provide insight into regulatory change (e.g. Basel 3.1, CRR 3) and assess impact on reporting
• Strengthen controls and documentation across reporting processes
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements and deliverables
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives across reporting platforms

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Solid experience within regulatory reporting at a regulated bank
• Strong understanding of PRA/CRR regulatory requirements and frameworks
• Experience preparing COREP returns
• Excellent Excel skills and strong systems experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
