  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in licensing and regulatory projects.
  • Support responses to regulatory enquiries and requests for information relating to licence applications.
Policy Development & Regulatory Framework Support
  • Help draft, review, and coordinate the establishment of compliance policies, procedures, standards, and governance documentation for the licence applications.

  • Monitor compliance with licence conditions, commitments, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Support the preparation of management information, regulatory reports, governance committee materials, and internal updates.
  • Track developments across relevant regulatory frameworks, including PSD3, MiCAR, DORA, CRD VI, AML/CTF requirements, and other applicable regulations.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, legal, licensing, or financial services regulation within fintech, payments, banking, e‑money, or related sectors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FCA, EU, PSD2/PSD3, MiFID II, MiCAR, CRD/CRR, DORA, and AML/CTF requirements.
  • Experience supporting regulatory licence applications or regulatory submissions.
  • Strong drafting skills, including experience preparing policies, procedures, regulatory responses, or application documentation.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
