Job summary

3S Money is seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Licensing Officer to support licensing across jurisdictions and contribute to its regulatory framework.

The role involves EMI, Payment Institution, Virtual Asset licences with regulators across the UK, EU, and other regions, translating regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes through close collaboration with Compliance, Legal and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, licensing within fintech, payments, banking or related sectors.
• Knowledge of FCA, EU PSD2/PSD3, MiCAR, CRD/CRR, DORA, AML/CTF requirements.
• Experience supporting regulatory licence applications or regulatory submissions.
• Strong drafting skills for policies, procedures, regulatory responses, or application documentation.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and manage regulatory licence applications across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with EMI, Payment Institution, Virtual Asset, Digital Asset licences with regulators in the UK, EU and other jurisdictions.
• Conduct regulatory research and feasibility assessments for new products and market expansion.
• Prepare high-quality materials, regulatory responses and evidence packs.
• Coordinate input from Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Product and Finance for submissions.
• Project manage milestones, commitments, and post-authorisation requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to management and the Board on licensing timelines and risks.
