Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Regulatory Lead for the Everyday Banking Payments Platform to shape regulatory responses and coordinate with regulators, policymakers and industry bodies. You will translate complex policy into actionable recommendations and drive evidence-based positions across the group.

You'll work in a hybrid model with colleagues across UK sites, delivering high-quality briefings and engaging with external stakeholders to balance customer outcomes with sustainable business

Formación

• Knowledge of the UK payments and financial services regulatory environment.
• Experience contributing to or leading regulatory discussions, market studies, or major policy initiatives.
• Ability to build effective connections across regulators, policymakers, industry bodies, and internal collaborators.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex regulatory information into clear briefings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our responses to consumer payments regulatory consultations, market studies and policy proposals.
• Represent the Group in industry forums and engage with regulators, policymakers and industry bodies.
• Monitor emerging regulatory and industry developments and turn policy changes into practical implications.
• Coordinate regulatory information and data requests and prepare high-quality briefings for senior stakeholders.
