Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in Payments and strategic direction within financial services.
• Experience representing a tier‑one institution in external industry forums and public policy.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end payment processing, clearing, and settlements.
• A demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and tooling within financial services.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and conceptual capabilities to navigate regulatory environments and translate policy into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer Citi's Industry & Regulatory Engagement Strategy.
• Maintain deep understanding of Citi's payments product suite and market dynamics.
• Lead consultations, working groups, and regulatory responses.
• Bridge external dynamics with internal stakeholders for roadmap alignment.
• Champion AI-powered market intelligence and analytical tooling.
• Support and elevate Client Advisory with regulatory and industry insights.
