Job summary

Ogier Regulatory Consulting in Jersey seeks a senior Director to lead and grow its regulatory and consulting services across the Channel Islands. You will drive client relationships, develop opportunities, and oversee performance of the advisory team in Guernsey and Jersey, ensuring high quality service and alignment with Ogier Group strategy.

You will collaborate with Ogier Legal and Ogier Global, recruit and mentor local consultants, and represent the firm at industry forums and thought

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the MD to develop and enhance a profitable regulatory consulting business under the Ogier brand.
• Focus on Guernsey by strengthening relationships with regulators, law enforcement, and local financial services firms.
• Lead performance of the consulting service line in the Channel Islands, monitor KPIs and report on budget and opportunities.
• Implement the vision for Ogier Regulatory Consulting in the Channel Islands and align with group strategy.
• Support marketing and business development for Channel Islands products and services.
• Collaborate with Ogier Legal and Ogier Global to complement existing services.
• Manage client expectations, nurture relationships, and drive cross-selling opportunities within Ogier.
• Lead input into regulatory compliance thought leadership and external training.
• Ensure high-quality client service, timely delivery, and continuous improvement of consultancy products.
