Job summary

St. James's Place in Cirencester is seeking a Regulatory & Mandatory Training Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to design, deliver and continuously improve regulatory learning strategies.

You will work with senior leaders and compliance specialists, driving risk-aware learning that protects clients and supports business objectives. Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and managing regulatory or mandatory training within financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, governance and conduct risk.
• Proven programme or project management with multiple priorities.
• Experience using data/MIS and learning tech to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of regulatory and mandatory learning solutions.
• Partner with SMEs to translate needs into learning interventions.
• Own regulatory training calendar across business and regions.
• Provide guidance on design, governance and delivery of training.
• Conduct risk-based training needs analyses and learning plans.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development team for integrated delivery.
• Oversee content approval to ensure current, accurate, compliant.
• Monitor regulatory developments and embed in programmes.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Report on key risk indicators for mandatory training completion.
• Act as L&D contact for risk matters with People function.
• Line manage the Regulatory & Mandatory Training Analyst.
